Lately around our side of Lake Austin, that stands for Abundance (of) Breakfast Choices. Yep! You name it, we've got it. Who knew you could come to Mozart's to sip coffee by the lake but also fill your hungry tummy with nutritious, hand-crafted breakfast creations? Let's dive in to the ABC's of Mozart's Breakfast.

Abundance

Whether you've stepped foot into our cafe or just stalked the Instagram, it's no surprise that we like to create things in abundance! Our team is top-notch at cranking out thousands of fresh-baked goods every single week. On the daily, you are guaranteed to not only find an abundance of every single item, but also an abundance to choose from! We offer everything from homemade breakfast tacos, fresh baked quiches, hand-pressed empanadas, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit and yogurt bowls, select pastries, fluffy bagels, and so much more! The varieties are endless, just like our coffee.

Breakfast

As you already know, breakfast is the first meal of the day! It literally translates to mean "breaking the fast from the night before." It's also been said that it is the most important meal of the day.

Our cafe opens at 7AM every single day, just in time to kick-start your morning with us. Not only do we offer the wide selection of prepared breakfast items, but they are all extremely fresh due to the fact that they are made ON-SITE just 1 hour prior to our doors opening. You can always guarantee the most high quality ingredients and extremely fresh items to enjoy by the lake.

Our breakfast tacos are prepared each morning, hand filled and rolled. You have the option to include salsa (which is made in-house by one of our amazing bakers, Sergio!
