This year’s holiday celebration commemorates Mozart’s fourth decade in Austin with a special tribute to the Central Texas community we proudly call home.
You’ll experience a unique twist on classic holiday markets featuring charming wooden chalets, engaging activities, delectable sweet treats, savory Salt Lick BBQ and Mozart's renowned hot chocolate. With over a million twinkling lights, these brilliant displays will provide endless photo opportunities!
We will present live entertainment throughout the 5 ½ week festival, showcasing classical favorites including Texas and Celtic Christmas music, performances on our one-of-a-kind, light-up Steinway piano and some special surprise acts! This year there will be new small-group experiences available on Lake Austin that include: enchanting Lake Austin boat cruises for up to 22 guests, guided donut boats and private immersive light "euro igloos" for groups of up to 10. These new offerings are perfect for enjoying the holiday splendor, with packaged tasty treat options to complete your evening in lights.

... ensuring more Austinites can enjoy the festival all over the property versus specific location table reservations. General admission tickets are just $5 in advance (with all kids under 11 free to attend). Tickets grant access to the dazzling light displays and captivating entertainment with 2.5-hour time options: either 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM or 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM. Our early evening sessions will feature loads of family-friendly fun, including special appearances by Santa Claus on select dates!
Mozart's invites visitors and families of all ages to experience the joy of the season and create lasting memories at this cherished Austin tradition. Advance tickets for admission together with pre-ordered food packages, boat cruise and Euro Igloo reservations will be available for purchase starting November 1st on Mozart’s official website at www.mozartscoffee.com. Entertainment schedules and updates will be available on our website and social media channels.
Mozart’s 2024 Lake Austin Festival of Lights has expanded our festivities on and “with” our beautiful waterfront location on Lake Austin to feature even more cruise types.
Over the past 5 years, our partnership with Austin Rental Boats has become a much anticipated annual tradition - taking in our lights from the water. Together our joint efforts give our guests professional captaining, safety first and an incomparable memory making way to enjoy the annual Lake Austin Festival of Lights.
This year, as more Austinites experience the magic of our festival, we’ve gone ahead and expanded the light displays and features directly in and on Lake Austin for you to enjoy in one of 3 unique ways.
