Mozart's 2023 Holiday Light Show Map

It's that time of year again! The Austin-famous Mozart's Holiday Light Show is back!

For Reserved Table Tickets - you can select your day, your time, and your table location to enjoy ATX's most famous holiday tradition.  As this format sells out (because it will!) guests can also enjoy our festival-style Bavarian Marketplace. This general admission format will accommodate walk-through guests with General Admission tickets which can be reserved in advance or at the Show. This year, we are also featuring an LED light up dance floor and silent disco. For anyone who likes to get up and dance, you can reserve these tickets in advance too.

Booking process

  • Q: How do I know which table I booked, and where to find my table?
        • A: Each table has a letter and number assigned to it. The main deck tables start with “M”, the lakeside deck tables start with “L” and the new, water side deck tables start with a “W”. Your ticket will reference a “Row” and a “Seat”. The “Row” indicates which deck your table is on, and the “Seat” indicates the table number. You can use the map above to locate your table as well.
  • Q: How do I choose the "Find Best Available" option?
        • A: Since our venue is non-standard, the "Best Available Seat" option is not open for use at this time, and you will want to select your own table at checkout.
  • Q: I'm not sure what to click once I select my table on the screen?
        • A: If you scroll all the way down the page, below the available add-on products, you will see the button to continue with your table selection.
  • Q: Why does it say there's availability but when I click on it, no tables show up?
        • A: The availability calendar may have a slight lag from real-time availability, especially during peak use. We're sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!  
  • Q: Why did I only get a single ticket?
        • A: You will not receive an individual ticket for each person - instead you will receive one ticket for the table. This one ticket is valid for your whole table. 
  • Q: How much are table reservations?
        • A: 4-person tables are $40 and 6-person tables are $60. (Fees apply. Some select 4-person tables are standing-only, indicated on our seating chart map.)
  • Q: Is there a limit to how many tables I can reserve?
        • A: If you have a large group of more than 20 people, please contact our Ticket App Coordinator for help here.
  • Q: Why are only certain dates and times showing up?
        • A: Sold out dates and time slots will not show up on the calendar or in the timeslot drop down.
  • Q: Can I change my date or time after booking?
        • A: If you need to make changes to your ticket, keep in mind we cannot do exchanges or refunds of any kind - all sales are final. Your new booking will incur additional charges without refund of the old. However, we can assist with canceling your original reservation and rebooking something new with those additional charges.   • Q: Can I reserve my ticket over the phone?
        • A: No, we cannot process ticket orders and reservations over the phone. 
  • Q: I see the table I want, but it won't let me click on it!
        • A: If the table appears gray on the seating chart map, that means it's sold out.
  • Q: Are tickets refundable?
      • A: No - our show goes on rain or shine, and all sales are final and nonrefundable. However if you have an emergency you'd like to discuss with our customer service team, contact us at lightshow@mozartscoffee.com. (Our team is available M-F, 9-5, and you can expect a response within 48 hours of contact.)

    Attending the event

  • Q: How long can I stay?
        • A:Your ticket reserves your table for an hour-long timeslot, indicated on your timed ticket. We ask that you promptly be seated at the beginning of your show. We will ask that you depart 5 minutes to the end of the hour so that we are able to usher in the next group. After your viewing is complete, if you want to enjoy the Bavarian Marketplace, you can stay as long as you’d like.
  • Q: If I reserved a table, what should I do when I arrive?
        • A: Upon arrival you will be greeted by our Mozart’s staff who will check your ticket and escort you in and out of the event at the beginning and end of your reserved 1 hour time slot.
  • Q: Do infants count toward my 4-person, or 6-person table max?
        • A: Children 18 months or above will count towards your party.
  • Q: Can I add extra chairs to my table, or request extra chairs for my table?
        • A: No - we control the capacity of this event for safety reasons and you will not be allowed to add chairs to your table, nor will we be able to provide extra chairs.
  • Q: Can I bring extra people if they stand?
        • A: No - each table reservation only allows up to 4 people or 6 people, as indicated by the table type. 
  • Q: Can I request chairs for my standing, high top table?
        • A: No, unfortunately we cannot provide chairs for the standing, high top tables.
  • Q: Who can I contact with questions? Can I call the Mozart's Cafe?
        • A: If you have questions about your existing ticket, contact our team at lightshow@mozartscoffee.com. (Our team is available M-F, 9-5, and you can expect a response within 48 hours of contact.)
  • Q: Which seats are ADA accessible?
        • A: Below is a map of the ADA accessible region of our property.
  • Q: Can I bring food or extra camping chairs with me?
        • A: No - outside food, drink or chairs are not allowed.
  • Q: Are there bathrooms onsite?
        • A: Yes, there are public restrooms for all attendee use.
  • Q: Can we be seated before our whole table arrives?
        • A: No, your entire table must be present in order to be seated.
  • Q: Oh no I didn't order food in advance! Can I still get food at the event?
        • A: If you missed your chance to add food to your ticket at the time of purchasing, don’t worry, the Bavarian Marketplace on property has plenty of food to order on-site, once you arrive. 
  • Q: What can I expect with parking?
        • A: Parking is available across from Mozart’s on the opposite side of Lake Austin Boulevard. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time to get checked in. We will not seat incomplete tables.
  • Q: Can I bring my dogs?
        • A: You can bring one dog per table reservation (not one dog per person. Sorry doggos!)

    Bavarian Marketplace General Admission - Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Q: Why does it say you're closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, even though I registered for that night?
        • A: There was a brief glitch in our system which allowed registration on those nights, despite the holiday closure. We are working to contact everyone who registered for the November 23rd and December 25th dates to notify them of our closure and help re-register for a different date. Thank you for your patience with this process!
  • Q: Will I get one ticket for my whole group, or individual tickets?
        • A: For this registration type, you will receive one ticket per person. (For reserved tables, you receive one ticket per table.)
  • Q: How long can I stay?
        • A: Your registration allows you access to the Bavarian Marketplace for either a 6-9 timeslot or a 9-Midnight timeslot.
  • Q: What should I do when I arrive?
        • A: Upon arrival feel free to visit the booths in the Bavarian Marketplace. You may be asked to show confirmation of your registration, so please bring your mobile or printed registration confirmation.
  • Q: How much does standing group registration cost?
        • A: Admission to the Bavarian Marketplace standing group is free, but limited in capacity, so you are required to register. You can do this by selecting a date and time slot on this page. 
  • Q: Is there a limit to how many people I can register?
        • A: Registration is limited to 7 people or less per group.
  • Q: Do infants count toward my group?
        • A: Children 18 months or above will count towards your group.

        • A: Fully booked time slots will not show up on the calendar or in the timeslot drop down.

    • Q: What can I expect with parking?

      • Q: Can I bring my dogs?
          • A: For the enjoyment of our guests and the overall process of our show, we request that groups please limit dogs to one per party.

      Silent Disco Frequently Asked Questions

      Q: Is this a Taylor Swift themed silent disco, or why is it called "Taylor Swift's Dance Floor"?

          • A: We'll use a variety of music, not just Taylor Swift songs. The reason we call it "Taylor Swift's Dance Floor" is because the dance floor is actually a piece of one of Taylor's two Era's Tour Stages!
