Nov. 19th 2020 Covid-19 Update

November 19, 2020: Dr. Mark Escott, advising interim lead physician with Austin-Travis County Health, has made it official today to move Travis County (and the City of Austin) to Stage 4 restrictions, again.
The last time we in Travis County and the City of Austin moved to Stage #4 was June 13th.
What you need to know as a guest of Mozart's Cafe and Mozart's 2020 COVID Cautious Christmas Light Show:
> Mozart's ALREADY complies with Stage 4 requirements (masking, line queuing, table spacing, and self-imposed "capacity" limitations)
> Mozart's will CONTINUE to strictly enforce these protocols BOTH for Mozart's Cafe and the 2020 COVID Cautious Christmas Light Show expressly observing, but not limited to:
-  "six feet in front, six feet in back of you" for all spacing scenarios;
-  table sizing, regardless of familiarity, no more than 8 persons;
-  similarly distanced line queues for the Cafe and the Light Show;
-  mandatory masking for the Cafe transaction and all attendance to the Light Show when not seated at your private table
The "seating" requirements (for inside) are not determined by Stage Requirements but by a SEPARATE order by the City or other jurisdiction.  We presently are operating under the understanding that the City of Austin remains at 75% interior requirement and WE ARE OPERATING at LESS THAN 50% interior seating provided.
Stage #4 recommendation by Dr. Escott notably allows for the following distinctions:
> Employees to continue to go to work;
> Restaurant/Hospitality deemed as "expanded" essential businesses (as a "carry out establishment" specifically with our Cafe and our exterior 2020 COVID Cautious Christmas Light as part of that definition).

We are privileged to operate and serve the Austin community safely and are committed to continue take all the necessary precautions to ensure we maintain that position for all employees and guests.
