Mozart's Coffee Roasters Now Permitted 75% Capacity Indoor Seating

Austin, Texas - February 1, 2021
Austin-Travis County Interim Health Director, Dr Mark Escott confirmed that Austin and Travis County have seen 7 consecutive days of reduced hospital admissions which trigger the Governor's GA-32 designed to expand and contract restaurant capacity accordingly.  The effect of this provision is that "interior" seating capacity for Cafes, Restaurants, and essential businesses now will rise from 50% - 75%.  Along with this, bars may also re-open based on specific county by county declarations in line with these admissions statistics.

Mozart's interior seating complies with Dr. Escott's past and existing criteria.  Our current interior seating configuration, in order to properly accommodate social distancing and line flow queues, remains under the present 75% permissible level.  All patrons conducting business with Mozart's are required to social distance and conduct all transactions with staff in the Cafe with a face mask worn.
