Days are getting longer and the sun is shining ever more brightly, casting an amazing sparkle off the lake. We’re celebrating these joys and natural beauty with the arrival of our newest farm-to-table spring dessert selections featuring speciality flavors like: succulent elderflower, decadent raspberry, citrus blood orange, mouth-watering Texas peaches, tasty apricots, roasted coconut, sweet mango and rich chocolate, of course . Our beautiful array of Spring Desserts have hit our fully-stocked bakery cases and are ready for your sun-shiny enjoyment on Lake Austin. Vanilla Panna Cotta
Blueberry compote as a base, house-made vanilla panna cotta in the middle, and Mango Gelee on top — this is a true cup of happiness. Your taste buds aren’t ready for this!
Almond Apricot Tart
Vanilla tart shell with almond frangipane topped with sliced apricots, vanilla cream, and delicious candied almonds.
Coconut Cream Pie
A delectable house-made pie shell filled with coconut pastry cream! Topped with white chocolate mousse and toasted coconut.
Black Sesame Bundt Cake
A fluffy citrus cake with black sesame seeds. Topped with blood orange glaze!
Peach Cobbler Pie
Peaches are cooked with brown sugar and spices, then baked in a pie shell with brown sugar streusel on top.
A crunchy eclair shell filled with elderflower mousse. Topped with glaze and garnished with a strawberry.
A base of vanilla cake topped with molded raspberry mousse. Garnished with white chocolate ganache!
